Fried Rice
Ingedients:
White rice(1/4 cup)
carrot 1 small
onion 1 small
beans 4
Ghee 2 teaspoon

How to prepare?

Clean all vegetables and cut into small pieces. Wash and rinse rice and keep aside.
​
Take a small cooker, wipe it with a cloth to make it dry. Heat for few seconds and add ghee then add onion to it, keep on stirring, also add vegetables(carrot + beans/or whichever is available) then add rice to it Stir and mix well. Don't forget to add salt accordingly. Add water (exactly double that of rice). Close the cooker and put the weight. Let 3 whistles come. Yummy fried rice for the kid is ready.
Don't use masalas and tomato /soya sauce.

Banana Roast
It is one of the easiest and tastiest recipes.

Ingredients:
Banana
Sugar
Ghee
Peel out the skin and cut the banana into two pieces then divide each part into four or five pieces.(U can cut in any manner as you like, don't make it very thick )
Take pan heat it and add ghee and roast both sides with the addition of sugar directly to the banana pieces in the pan. Cook for 2 minutes. The dish is ready.

Ragi Pancake
Ingredients:
1. Ragi powder(1/2 cup)
2. Wheat flour (1/2 cup)
3. palm sugar 2 teaspoon
4. salt a bit
5. grinded coconut (1/4 cup)
6. ghee
7. water(1/2 cup)

Mix ingedients1,2,3,4,5. Add water in steps till mix gains the consistency of dosa batter.
Take a nonstick pan heat it and add a little ghee. Pour the mix into the pan so that you can make 4 pancakes at a time. Cook both sides equally. Apply some ghee after taking from the pan. Keep pan cakes in a casrol.
Let your cakes be small. This is very good option especially when you have to travel.
